Nikki brings a decade of dedicated customer service and insurance experience to her role as the Office Manager at Manchester Insurance. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to effective communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Based in Stuart, Florida, Nikki and her husband, Dave, have made the area their home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her niece, Aurora, and nephew, AJ, showering them with love and attention.

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Nikki has a special role in the Manchester Insurance family as the favorite aunt of our agency mascot, Henry Flagler Manchester-Estes. Known for keeping Henry out of mischief and praising his bravery!

In addition to family time, Kelly is on the Board of Directors of 2 non-profit organizations which assists veterans and first responders.
